Skin Rebirth System
How long can I use the products safely?
You may use the Skin Rebirth System continuously for up to 9 months. Stop use after 9 months to allow your skin to rest and prevent skin tolerance from building up. During this rest period of 2-4 weeks, you may use the treatment creams on alternate days to prevent age spots from returning.
How much cream should I use?
Squeeze one inch of cream onto your palms and apply to areas to be treated. If you use less than the recommended dose, expected results may be reduced. One 2oz bottle should last approximately 8 to 12 weeks. Once opened, treatment creams must be finished within 12 weeks.
How can I ensure the best results?
Remember these 3 important rules. (1) Follow the dosage given. (2) Apply an additional layer on problem areas. (3) Apply sun protection at least twice a day or when necessary.
Why am I feeling redness, itchiness or dryness?
These potential reactions are normal and should be expected. Some users may not experience these reactions. During use of products, the skin renewal cycle is accelerated, and your skin is not conditioned to this sudden boost, leading to these reactions. These reactions will diminish after continued use.
How can I make the program milder or stronger?
Reduce the quantity of cream dosage if you would prefer a milder treatment. Bear in mind a milder program may require a much longer time to treat the problems. You can add products like Retinol Enhancer to your regime for a stronger treatment. Ask your MD Dermatics Physician before adjusting your skincare regime.

Advanced Acne System
My acne comes and goes, do I need to use Acne Fighter?
Yes, the Acne System was designed to prevent the onset of Acne as well. If you do not have any visible Acne, you can simply use the Acne cleanser, toner and blemish control gel for maintenance and prevention.
Must I use all 5 products in the Acne System?
New users may purchase Step 1, 2 and 3 from the Advanced Acne System. Blemish Control Gel are suitable for those with little or no acne and do not wish to use the full system. Acne Spot may be used for those who travel or have pus filled Acne.
How do I use Advanced Acne System?
Use Acne Cleansing Gel and Acne Fighter twice daily. Use Pore Refiner every alternate day, once daily. You do not need to apply Pore Refiner Toner twice daily. Visit our Instructions page to find out how to use the System properly.
My skin feels dry, is this normal?
Some users may feel some dryness, and this is normal. Apply Oxygen Therapy moisturizer if the need arises.
Must I use sun protection with the Acne System?
Yes, this is an essential item that must not be omitted.
Do I apply Acne Spot on my whole face?
No. Apply the product using a cotton bud only on places with active Acne spots with pus infection.

Cleansers & Toners
Can I use my own Cleansers & Toners?
MD Dermatics products were designed to work together perfectly. By using products outside of our design scope, the ingredients may clash and nullify the effects of the products and may also cause problems.
How much should I use during one wash?
A dime or teaspoon size of cleanser is sufficient for washing your face. Apply a small amount of toner to a cotton pad before applying it to your face. This dosage may be adjusted according to your personal skin type, environmental factors and sun exposure.
How many times a day can I cleanse my face?
We recommend cleansing your skin twice a day during normal use. You may cleanse an additional time with GentleWash if you are particularly active that day. For acne-prone skin types, over washing may exacerbate acne problems and strip the natural oils from the skin.
Why can't I use normal soap to cleanse my face?
We recommend using our cleansers for facial cleansing and to prepare your skin for better absorption of treatment creams. Normal soaps may cause irritation and cause skin sensitivity.
What is the purpose of using your cleansers/toners?
Our cleanser and toner deep cleanses the skin, provides anti-oxidant benefits and balances the pH level of the skin to accept the treatment creams in the Skin Rebirth System range.
I do not have dry or sensitive skin, can I use GentleWash?
Yes! GentleWash may be used as your main cleanser even if you do not have dry or sensitive skin. GentleWash may be used if you have acne-prone skin to prevent excessive dryness.

Anti-Aging Serums
Which step should I apply the serums?
Cleanse and tone your skin, use a mask (if needed) then immediately apply our serums. Follow it with our treatment creams then finish with our sun protection.
How often in a day can I use the serums?
There is no limit to the number of times you can use a serum, but a good guideline is 2 to 3 times a day. Adding any more may be unnecessary.
I have oil and acne-prone skin, can I use the Vitamin C/E?
Our Vitamin C/E serum is an oil based serum, so avoid using it on oily or acne-prone skin types.
Can I use the serums on other parts of my body?
Yes, the products may be used on any part of the body.
Should I use the serum during the day or night?
Both day and night is fine, but applying serums before rest at night will work best for your skin.

Eye Care Range
Which step in my regime should I use the eye care products?
Cleanse and tone your skin, use a mask (if needed) then apply the eye care products first. Aways use a serum first before applying a cream. Finish with a sunblock.
How often in a day can I use the eye care product?
There is no limit to the number of times you can use, but a good guideline is 2 to 3 times a day. Adding any more may be unnecessary.
Can I use all 3 eye care products together?
Yes you may, but most clients choose to pair Eye radiance with either eye product.
Can I use this product with the Skin Rebirth, GlowWhite or Acne System?
Yes, it can be used concurrently.

Masks
Can I use masks while on the Skin Rebirth System program?
Yes. Apply your preferred mask before applying the treatment creams. You may use our masks as often as you want.
My skin feels very dry, which maintenance products can I use?
Begin with HydraBoost before applying your preferred moisturizer on top. You may do this twice a day. Add a preferred mask 3 to 4 times a week for additional hydration needs.
How many times can I use the mask?
You may choose to apply your preferred mask as many times as you prefer.
Which do I use first? Serum, moisturizer or mask?
Cleanse and tone your skin first. Apply a mask followed by serum, sun protection
Should I use the mask during the day or night?
Applying mask before rest at night will work best for your skin.

Moisturizers
Can I use moisturizers while on the Skin Rebirth System program?
We recommend using the Skin Rebirth System first before adding a moisturizer to your program. Always refer to your Physician or consultant before mixing a moisturizer into your program.
My skin feels very dry, which maintenance products can I use?
To combat the feeling of dryness, you may combine a mask, serum and a moisturizer. Visit this page to find out the suitable combination of products.
How many times a day can I apply a moisturizer
Usage of moisturizers are dependent on skin type, environment and skin condition. As a general guideline, once or twice a day should be sufficient for most skin types.
